
CLASSES
All classes run on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday each week. Each class runs for 50 minutes. If you are unable to make your preferred time, you are welcome to attend one of the other classes on the same day.

DYNAMIC
WARM-UP
Class begins with a dynamic warm up, You will run outside, shadowbox, do footwork ladder drills to activate all of the major muscle groups and get them firing for the workout. We like to lift your mood before your workout so expect warm up games with laughs!
