6 WEEK KICKBOXING BOOTCAMP
Learn the basics of Muay Thai and boxing with a
90 minute introduction session before camp starts.
Every class incorporates something new for you to learn to improve your overall experience.
In addition to kickboxing our workouts also include functional weightlifting movements using the latest equipment on the market.
We incorporate this with body weight movements such as burpees, push ups, TRX and squats, so you will be sure to finish the camp feeling stronger than ever!
Regardless of your fitness level, you work at 'YOUR' own pace and build your conditioning from the ground up one step at a time.
Our team are supportive and inclusive. We are here to motivate one another...there are no egos here!

3x action-packed sessions per week
90 min Technique Introduction session - Strongly recommended for beginners

Gloves are provided if needed
Mondays / Wednesdays / Fridays
6 - 6.50am / 7 - 7.50am
(If you miss your class you can attend another class on the same day if there is space)
