COACH

Hi there, I will be your Head Coach at Unorthodox Fitness.

 

I'm crazy about Muay Thai Kickboxing and strength/conditioning training. I want to share my love and passion for fitness with as many people as I can.

 

I have had more than 10 years experience in the fitness industry working as a Personal Trainer at some of Wellingtons top gyms and CrossFit gyms.

 

The highlight of my career was running a gym for underprivileged families and troubled youth in our community. I love helping others to uncover their true potential through fitness.

 

Outside of work I train to compete in Muay Thai Kickboxing. I also train other fighters to prepare for their fights.
